Our primary goal is to reach your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you are welcome to return the product to us for a prompt refund or replacement. Here are the procedures.
- If you are unhappy with the purchase, or change your mind after receiving the product, please contact us within 7 business days after the product arrives. You will need to return the product to us in its arriving condition. As soon as we receive it, we will refund you the cost of item only. Original shipping is non-refundable in such circumstances.
- If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days. We will contact the shipping carrier immediately for pickup and inspection. A prepaid return label will be sent to you after your initial contact to us. Please ship the broken item with the return label to us. We will send you replacement or full refund including original shipping.
