Shipping Information

  1. For small items or orders, we will ship via UPS, FedEx and U.S Post Service. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as package is picked up by the shipping carrier. www.ups.com. or www.FedEx.com or www.usps.com.
  2. For large items or orders, we will ship via freight on pallet. Direct Coast to Coast is our freight carrier. A tracking will be sent to you as soon as shipment is picked up. www.DirectCoasttoCoast.com.
  3. For small international orders or shipments, they will be shipped via U.S Postal Service Priority Mail. 6-10 business days required to deliver. Tracking No. is also available. www.usps.com.
  4. For large international orders or shipments, they will be shipped via our export agent Oconca Logistics. You may decide to ship Ocean or Air, Door to Door or Port to Port. www.OconcaNY.com.

 

Return And Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to reach your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, you are welcome to return the product to us for a prompt refund or replacement. Here are the procedures.
 
  1. If you are unhappy with the purchase, or change your mind after receiving the product, please contact us within 7 business days after the product arrives. You will need to return the product to us in its arriving condition. As soon as we receive it, we will refund you the cost of item only. Original shipping is non-refundable in such circumstances.
     
  2. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days. We will contact the shipping carrier immediately for pickup and inspection. A prepaid return label will be sent to you after your initial contact to us. Please ship the broken item with the return label to us. We will send you replacement or full refund including original shipping.

After 7 business days of arrival, there will be no return, no refund, no replacement, no exception
